Photos are deceiving, facilities poorly maintained. Balai Sidang which is for breakfast, very poor cleanliness. Breakfast given not in accordance to allocated guest based on house rented. Staff giving all sorts of reasons for this. Paid RM700 for rent but received 2 small pack for breakfast like school canteen.
Most houses are dilapidated, electrical items not functioning. Too many mosquitoes, only 1 repellent provided. Bed set up poor. Changing room at swimming pool very poor cleanliness & toilet pump not functioning.
Need to buck up a lot before charging residents, at present, house rate is totally not worth it.
