By Car

From NORTH / SOUTH by E2 PLUS highway, take EXIT 244 to Ayer Itam/Kluang/Batu Pahat. After toll plaza, turn right onto Route 50 to Kluang. Go straight for 18.5 km until you reached at a roundabout. Take the 2nd exit and stay on Route 50. After 2.2 km, there is another roundabout. Take 2nd exit and stay on Route 50 for about 50 km. From this point you choose either stay on this road or follow next direction for shortcut. Turn left on the T junction to Mersing via Felda Nitar. After 10 km, you will reach a crossroad. Turn right to Mersing.

After about 5 km, you will reached another crossroad. Turn left to Mersing.

Follow the road for about 17 km until you reached the T junction on end of the road. Turn left onto main road Route 3 to Mersing. Follow the road and you reach to Mersing town. At the roundabout, take the third exit onto Jalan Abu Bakar. Follow the road for about 600 m then turn left onto the road to Mersing Jetty and the office should be on your left.

By Bus

Buses from KL leave from the Puduraya bus terminal, and cost around RM20. Transnasional operates a bus service direct from Singapore to Mersing, leaving from Kallang Bahru/Lavender Street junction and costing around SD12. Alternatively you can take the Causeway Link or the 170 bus from Singapore’s Queen Street bus station to Johor Bahru. From there, buses to Mersing leave from Larkin bus station and cost around RM8. The bus station in Mersing is around 10 minutes from the port, so you may need to take a taxi if you have many bags.
