
The Perdana Botanical Garden, formerly known as Taman Tasik Perdana or Lake Gardens, is situated in the Heritage Park of Kuala Lumpur. It has always been a part of the green lung of the city and has a history of over a decade. Originally created as part of a recreational park but planted with collections of tropical plants, the garden have been rehabilitated and turned into a Botanical Garden. The garden have not only botanical collections but also house features that give the visitors the ambiance of being in a tropical rainforest, despite being in the middle of a bustling metropolis.

FEE & ADMISSION
- Admission: Free
- Operating hours: 7 am to 8 pm
- Attire: No restriction but please use decent clothes (ex: t-shirt, shorts)
Heritage Trams
Shuttle trams are available daily to take visitors to all the attractions within Heritage Park. Tickets are valid throughout the day from 9 am to 6 pm.
Ticket fees:
- RM6 for adults
- RM2 for children
Amphitheatre
Cultural rehearsals and performances take place at this stage whereby it is also opened for public bookings at the rate of RM 150 per hour. This stage is equipped with basic facilities as theatre seating, stage, lighting, speaker, toilet and has an audience capacity of 200 – 300 people.

Take MRT Kajang Line to Muzium Negara MRT Station then exit through Pintu B then go through past Muzium Negara. Follow the walkway to the pedestrian bridge and cross the Jalan Damansara. Then climb upstair to Planetarium Negara entrance, and go left then follow the road until you reached at a small roundabout. You will see the entrance to the park on the left.
