To preserve the beauty of this natural phenomenon, every care has been taken to sustain the natural habitat of the river. For one, their fleet of modern fiberglass boats are electrically powered, ensuring absolutely no air and noise pollution. The modern, jetty is built with a very sturdy floating ramp that accommodates the varying tidal levels of the river. This ensures very safe embarking and disembarking of boat passengers. There are also chalets if you want to spend more time to enjoy beautiful nature around the park.

From NORTH/SOUTH by Federal Route 5, turn into Route B37 Jalan Bukit Belimbing at the intersection in front of SMK Pengkalan Permatang. Go along the road and when you see the sign to the resort, turn right onto Jalan Haji Omar.

Follow the road about 1 km until you see the sign to the resort and turn right.
