GOKL City Bus is a free city bus service in Kuala Lumpur. It takes you to the city’s most popular districts, train stations, shopping malls, and landmarks with completely free of charge. There are no need for ticket or card to use it. Just hop on and off whichever stop you want. It is easy to recognize the bus with its purple coloured livery, the air-conditioned bus has a maximum capacity of 65 passengers and is equipped with free Wi-Fi as well as wheelchair ramps for the disabled.

GOKL City Bus serves 7 main routes called the Green, Purple, Blue, and Red Line, running daily at 5 minute frequencies during peak hours and 15 minute frequencies during normal hours. Passengers can easily hop on and off at GOKL City Bus stops at each route, which are situated close to easy-to-spot landmarks – perfect for travellers looking to do some sightseeing, shopping, and dining in Kuala Lumpur city centre.

The bus runs from 6 am to 11 pm on Monday to Thursday, 7 am to 11 pm on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday. There are 7 lines now on GOKL City Bus network. Originally, there are only 4 lines in the city centre but recently there are 3 more new lines added. Main hubs of GOKL bus are at KLCC, Hub Pasar Seni, Hub Titiwangsa, PPR Pantai Ria and LRT Dato’ Keramat.
